Terms and Conditions
- Bookings will only be confirmed after full payment reflects in our bank account. Please use the correct reference number or we cannot allocate your payment to your Invoice!
- Should an order be cancelled after work has started, you will forfeit 50% of Invoice amount.
- Although all care is taken, Kidz Cardz will not be held responsible for any injury or harm to any child / person whilst using our products.
- Some products have minimum order quantities to receive free artwork. Please adhere to these quantities or the order will be canceled. If you want products less than 10 we will charge a design fee.
- Please ensure you send a high-resolution photo of the child/adult that needs to be printed on the items. We will not be held responsible for bad quality prints due to a bad quality photo.
- Orders take 7 to 14 working days to complete once payment reflects and artwork approval. Delivery takes 2 – 4 working days depending on your location. Large Orders and orders placed in a time when the shop is receiving a high volume of orders can take up to 20 working days, rest assured that your order will be delivered before the Event date you specified.
- Party Pack Filling and colour items are subject to stock availability; we have the right to replace an item of same value should the listed item be out of stock with our Suppliers.
- All Party boxes and bags (filled or empty) will be sent flattened as it is too fragile for road freight! You would need to pack the sweets in the boxes we provide you if you ordered a party pack for the box. All Buckets will be packed and received filled.
- We deliver nationwide in South Africa only.
- Our designs are copyrighted. It may not be sold, edited, or used commercially. Personal use ONLY!
- One Free Design per customer per product. Free design does not include the following: logo redesign or multiple designs.
- IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Seller shall not be held liable for any errors in color, logo’s, spelling or any other errors and omissions whatsoever once the artwork has been approved. So please make sure that everything on the design is spelled correctly and that all the other information is accurate before you approve.
- Proofs are considered a service and are a part of your order. Due to the time involved in personalizing the layout, it will only be started after your order is placed and paid.
- Please let us know if you want insurance on your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for courier damages or stolen parcels.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At Kidz Cardz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that personalized items cannot be returned because of the personalization that makes the product not resalable.
To start a return, please contact us at info@kidzcardz.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping for size exchanges and non-defective items is for the client’s account.
For defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that refunds have a 10% service fee that will be deducted from your invoice amount and shipping fees are non-refundable. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellations of Design Requests
Customers requesting the cancellation of a design request after reviewing their mock-up designs will incur a design fee of R150.00 per request in the order, in addition to any other applicable fees outlined in this policy.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that return shipping for exchanges and non-defective items is for the client’s account.
